1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of leafandcalm.com and any order you place with leafandcalm. By accessing this website or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Age requirement

You must be of legal age in your state or province of residence to purchase hemp-derived products from leafandcalm, and at least the minimum age shown on our age verification screen. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to cancel any order where it cannot be established.

3. Products

All products sold are hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis in compliance with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018. Nothing on this site has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products sold by leafandcalm are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice.

4. Legal compliance

Laws governing hemp-derived products vary by state and province and change often. It is your responsibility to confirm that the products you order are lawful where you live. leafandcalm does not ship to states or provinces where we understand a product to be restricted, but the final responsibility rests with you.

5. Cross-border orders

Orders shipped to Canada are exported from the United States and imported into Canada, and are subject to Canadian law, including the Cannabis Act and the rules enforced by the Canada Border Services Agency. A parcel may be inspected, delayed, returned or destroyed at the border. You are the importer of record: you are responsible for confirming that what you order may lawfully be imported, and for any duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged on arrival. leafandcalm is not liable for a parcel refused entry beyond refunding the goods.

6. Drug testing

Hemp-derived products may cause a positive result on a drug test. If you are subject to testing, do not assume a product is safe for you to use because it is legal.

7. Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. leafandcalm may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Stock is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

8. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where a quantity is unreasonable for personal use, or where a delivery address is in a restricted state or province.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the liability of leafandcalm for any claim arising from a product or from use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, where leafandcalm is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
