Before you write

If you are asking about an order in progress, please include your order number. You can also check status yourself at any time on the Track My Order page using your order number and the email address you ordered with — no account needed.

If your question is about a specific product, tell us the batch or lot number from the label and we will match it against the certificate of analysis on file.

Returns

Return requests do not need an email first. Open your order confirmation page and use the return request form there, or write to support@leafandcalm.com with your order number. The rules are set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
