This policy explains what leafandcalm does with your personal information.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and order contents. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on leafandcalm servers. If you create an account we store your email address and a cryptographic hash of your password — never the password itself.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver orders, to email you about the status of an order, to answer support requests and to meet our legal and tax obligations. If you subscribe to our newsletter we will email you marketing, and every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link.

Analytics and cookies

Essential cookies keep your cart and your login working, and cannot be turned off. Analytics cookies are only set after you explicitly accept them on the cookie banner. Decline and no analytics script is loaded at all.

Who we share it with

leafandcalm shares what is necessary with our payment processor, our shipping carriers and our email delivery provider. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained as long as tax and accounting law requires. Account data is kept until you delete your account.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data leafandcalm holds about you, ask us to correct it, or delete your account outright from your account page. When you delete an account we anonymise the personal details on your past orders while retaining the transaction records we are legally required to keep.
